Select Quotes from TrustPilot reviews of Figo:

The Good…

“…[T]he tag I’ll be receiving with Muncie’s code number. This benefit is good because if Muncie runs away…and someone finds him, they can use the code number and text me without giving private information…name, address and phone #.” – Marianne Lippi

“We decided to give it a go and even ended up doing the 6 month waiver on knee related injuries for Sven…Sven ended up tearing his ACL just this past week; about three months into our policy start date. Since we had his knee’s waived everything is covered!! The visit was covered and the surgery is going to be covered to!” – Mark Tomkins

“…Otis started throwing up after visiting dog daycare… he had aspirated some vomit and contracted pneumonia on Easter Sunday! He ended up …needing to have an IV and around the clock care for an additional 24 hours. His total care was about $2,000! We chose to have a $200 deductible and 10% co-pay. I was really nervous after I submitted our bills because I had remembered all of those awful reviews (of other pet insurance companies). My concern was for nothing because FIGO is awesome… about 8 days after I had uploaded the bills to my pet cloud (no claim forms or anything)…[Figo] called me personally to tell me everything was processed…” – Angela Cutter

With 77 five star reviews out of a total of 88 reviews, it’s safe to say that most Figo Pet Insurance customers are more than satisfied with their pet insurance company and pet health plans.

And the Not – So – Good…

It would not be objective of us if we did not take note of the less than stellar reviews, namely the one with one star and the one with three stars. Yes, so far, there is only one of each. The one star review was left by a customer in May 2016, who purchased a plan under a misunderstanding; acting quickly, Figo replied and reimbursed her completely, apologizing for the confusion.

The three star plan on the other hand was left by a customer in May 2016, who was remarking on a few usability issues of the website – specifically how its appearance varies depending on the browser you use.

Note from epetsure:

While we hope that both issues have since been addressed and rectified, we feel it is our duty to always be as open, honest and unbiased with our pet parents as possible. That way we can be confident that you will always have the information you need to choose the best pet insurance provider for you and your fur baby.
